Amazon Prime in Global Navigation

Getting to more than a million Prime members came through many different marketing locations; one of which was making it prominent in the Amazon global navigation. Ahead of this project in late 2012, there was no easy way to find anything about Prime memberships on the Amazon website. The goal was not just to help discovery but also create awareness of the benefits for both members and non-members.
 
This project holds a special spot in my heart as it was my first project in my first month at Amazon; and I had the opportunity to present it to CEO Jeff Bezos. In a quick 10min meeting, he approved 3 of the 4 proposed ideas.
